At 136 meters (446 feet) long, Neoliner Origin features 3,000 square meters of sail area mounted on two Solidsail rigs developed by Chantiers de l’Atlantique. These rigid sails fold down for port maneuvering and allow the vessel to cruise at a commercial speed of 11 knots, reaching up to 14 knots with its 4,000 kW diesel-electric motor.

This hybrid propulsion system is designed to reduce fuel consumption by up to 80%, making Neoliner Origin a flagship for low-emission shipping.
