HD Hyundai Mipo Dockyard has finalized an agreement with Trafigura to construct four medium gas carriers (MGCs) that will utilize ammonia dual-fuel engines. This partnership marks a significant step towards developing eco-friendly shipping solutions, as the vessels are designed to transport liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), ammonia, and vinyl chloride monomer (VCM).
